Every great dog brand has a great dog behind it. For us, that dog is Layla.
Layla is our sleek, beautiful black pup who spends her days doing what dogs do best — lounging on the carpet, guarding her favorite stuffed pink bunny, and reminding us why we do what we do every single day.
The Inspiration Behind the Store
Dogs Claws and Paws exists because of dogs like Layla. She's the reason we care so deeply about quality harnesses, leashes, and toys. Every product we carry is something we'd use on her ourselves — because anything less just isn't good enough for our girl.
A Day in Layla's Life
If you were to spend a day with Layla, here's what you'd see: a morning walk, a midday nap (she takes those very seriously), and at least one dramatic tug-of-war session with her stuffed bunny. She's loyal, laid-back, and endlessly lovable.
Why Your Dog Deserves the Best
Layla can't tell us what she wants — but we pay attention. We notice when a harness rubs the wrong way, when a leash is too stiff, or when a toy falls apart after one play session. That's why we're selective about what we stock. Your dog deserves gear that holds up to real life.
So the next time you're shopping for your pup, know that every product in this store has been chosen with a dog like Layla in mind. Because to us, your dog isn't just a pet — they're family.
